Suzuki launches a new special edition version of the Swift hatchback in the British market. The new SZ-L is based on the SZ3 of the car, and as usual adds a couple of extra equipments to the Swift’s fantastic blend of reliability and driving fun.
OK, let’s cut to the chase and see what extras the SZ-L offers, and are they worth the money. It comes with a rear upper spoiler, rear privacy glass, unique 16-inch alloy wheels and free metallic paint in a choice of four colours. Inside the cabin, the SZ-L model features red accent stitching on the steering wheel and gearshift surround as seen on Swift Sport, as well as cruise control.
These are in addition to the SZ3’s seven airbags, ESP, air conditioning, USB port and Bluetooth. So you do get a fair amount of kit. And that makes this car good value, considering its starting price of just £10,599 for the three door model and £11,016 for five door model.
Suzuki Swift SZ-L is powered by the 1.2-litre Dual VVT 94PS engine, rated at 56.5mpg and 116g/km CO2.
