A new teaser for the new 2014 Dodge Durango has been released showing the car’s new headlights and grille design. When we first saw the new Challenger-inspired rear-end of the car we thought this is going to be an all-new model designed from the ground up. But turns out there is still a lot of the old Durango left in it, which isn’t good.
Mechanically, the new Durango will share most of its underpinnings with the new Cherokee and gets its 8-speed transmission as well. You can also count on a new and thoroughly improved cabin with a nice and sleek design and much finer materials. Dodge also promises the new Durango is going to be full of class-exclusive technology features.
That’s it for now. We’ll have more on this car closer to the New York Auto Show.
