This year’s Geneva Motor Show for Skoda was all about production models. The past few years they’ve been bogged down by concepts and design studies, but now they are moving ahead with new production models such as the Octavia Estate and even some special editions.
Two remarkable SE models Skoda brought to Geneva this year are based on the Fabia Combi and the Roomster.
The special edition of the Fabia Combi is called the Monte Carlo, and it features sport lowered suspension, 16-inch wheels, smoked lights and tinted windows, a rear spoiler, and a very cool Race Blue exterior color. It does look rather special, even though it is just a cheap family estate.
The Roomster Noir special edition, rocking a black on black theme, also gets tinted windows, smoked lights, and 16-inch wheels. The car is based on the Ambition trim level. Both cars can be had with all the engines in the range.
