Fiat’s Tychy production plant in Poland celebrates a major production milestone as the one millionth Fiat 500 rolls of the assembly line. Sold in 83 countries worldwide, Fiat 500 is also produced in Mexico and has a total production number of 1,100,000 units.

To mark this special occasion, Tychy plant put the 999,999th unit and the 1,000,001th unit alongside the record breaking car for a small ceremony. The one millionth car is a white 135 HP Abarth 500 1.4, while the 999K is a 95 HP S version 1.3 MultiJet, in red, for an Italian customer, while number ‘1,000,001’ is a light blue Fiat 500C, Lounge trim level, equipped with the 69 HP 1.2. It will be delivered to a German customer.

Because of the wide range of personalization options, almost each Fiat 500 that leaves the factory is unique in more than one way. For 2013, Fiat offers new body colours, new versions such as Colour Therapy, and other style details.

Available engines include 1.2, 0.9 TwinAir, 1.4 16V, and 1.3 MultiJet 16V, and available trims, Pop, Colour Therapy, Lounge, and S.
