Each year on the first day of May we like to put together a few lines as a small tribute to the greatest racing driver of all time, the eternal champion, Ayrton Senna. This year though, we came across an absolutely beautiful requiem composed to honor Senna in Japan. No word, picture or film can capture all the emotions as perfectly as this music does. Let’s hear it…

Ayrton Senna champion entered 162 races during his time, equating to 41 wins, 80 podiums, 69 pole positions and 3 world championship titles. Senna is probably the only driver in the entire history of Formula 1 that was spectacular every time he got behind the wheel of a racing car. What really set him apart, though, was not his amazing skills, but rather his unique, charismatic character. As the cliche goes, this is the stuff legends are made of.

Senna’s death at Imola in 1994, sad though it was and still is, was the best way for him to go. It completed his amazing life and immortalized him in the hearts of millions.
