Here’s your first unofficial preview of the next Top Gear season, with one of the most important features, the McLaren P1. TG king Jeremy Clarkson has been filmed shooting the P1 special at the Spa Francorchamps in Belgium in his usual subtle, understated manner.

So now we know that next season features Jeremy Clarkson in McLaren P1. If James May manages to get the LaFerrari, and Hammond the Zonda R – although the Porsche 918 would be more appropriate given the circumstances – the dream test that they talked about in the previous series could actually happen. Let’s just hope it doesn’t end in a big fireball as the boys predicted!
