The new Jaguar F-Type Coupe was unveiled yesterday sat the Los Angeles Auto Show and Tokyo Motor Show, and we covered all the details of its here as well as the pricing. But this thing is too beautiful to let go. So let’s take another close look at it through these live pictures right from the show floor.
We thought it’s impossible to make a car look better than the F-Type, Jaguar has done it with the Coupe. It looks more together and somehow a lot sexier than the open-top version. That’s probably because the F-Type was initially conceived as a coupe with the C-X16 concept. This car is a design classic.
Just to recap, Jaguar F-Type Coupe comes in three different guises: base, S, and R. The F-Type S Coupe and F-Type Coupe are powered by Jaguar’s 3.0-litre V6 supercharged petrol engines in 380PS/460Nm and 340PS/450Nm forms respectively, giving 0-60mph in 4.8/5.1-seconds and top speeds of 171/161mph. Then there is the F-Type R, which gets a 550PS version of the firm’s 5.0 liter supercharged V8 engine, delivering acceleration to 60mph in 4.0-seconds, and a top speed of 186mph (electronically limited).
