In the same that the Jaguar F-Type Coupe made its debut in Los Angeles, the British car maker announced the official pricing of the new sports car in the UK market. Looks like they’re in a rush to get this thing out the door. If we cut right to the chase, the Coupe starts from £51,235 for the base model, £60,235 for the S, and £85,000 for the R model.

The trim level for the F-Type Coupe is a bit different than the Roadster. The open-top model’s lineup includes the V6-engined F-TYPE (340PS) and F-TYPE S (380PS), and the 495PS F-TYPE V8 S, while the Coupe V8 engine is offered in the R model, and it makes 550PS. The Jaguar F-Type R Coupe also features revised chassis and suspension settings, and boasts Jaguar’s second-generation Electronic Active Differential which works in parallel with a new Torque Vectoring by braking system to deliver enhanced agility and exploitable handling at the limit. Speaking of the limit, the R’s top speed is limited 186 mph. It goes from 0 to 60 mph in 4.0 seconds dead on its way there.

The V6-powered Coupe and Coupe S are no slouches either, boasting 380PS/460Nm and 340PS/450Nm respectively, giving 0-60mph in 4.8/5.1-seconds and top speeds of 171/161mph. Carbon Ceramic Matrix (CCM) braking system – featuring 398/380mm discs front/rear – is optional on both R and S models, while the base model has to do with standard steel discs.

All Jaguar F-Type Coupe models have a power tailgate that gives access to a 407-liter boot.
