These are the clearest, realest pictures of the 2015 Ford Mustang, leaked to the web ahead of its official debut tomorrow. What happens is the car maker sends the official pictures to a selection of print magazines for publishing in the upcoming issue, and then they first appear on the net because someone is click happy.
These shots of the 2015 Ford Mustang, brought to you courtesy of Autoweek magazine, confirms the Fusion-inspired styling which is supposed to make the Mustang more globally appealing. It definitely does that, but it also takes away from the car its iconic look, its character, its personality.
The profile of the car is still very Mustang-like, and the grilles are properly big. But the round headlights of the Mustang are gone in the new model. Official details are expected to be released soon. So be ready for another major blow as Ford confirms a four-cylinder EcoBoost for the iconic muscle car.
