You may remember Gemballa’s new tuning package for the 2014 Porsche Panamera, revealed at the Essen Motor Show a few weeks ago in form of the GTP 700. Now to showcase what this 700 hp super saloon is capable of, the German tuner took it to the high-speed Italian test track of Nardo and put their money where their mouth is.
Without any further ado, let’s check out Gemballa Porsche Panamera GTP 700 in action:
This amazing turn of speed, 338 km/h or 210 mph, is a new record for a luxury sedan that weighs over 2,000 kg. The Gemballa GTP 700 tipped scale at 2,245 kg at the time of the test, loaded up with the driver, fluids, and timing and filming gear. Despite that the car showed amazing performance, thanks to a twin-turbocharged V8 engine developing 700 horsepower. The acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes 3.3 seconds in this car.
