Toyota’s 2014 Tokyo Auto Salon lineup is mainly focused on the achievements of their racing division Gazoo Racing. But their other partner G Sports, or G’s, also has a couple of nice cars to present. Instead of making race cars, G’s has focused on aesthetic improvement.

One of their offerings is the Toyota Vitz RS you see here. The Vitz is a version of the Toyota Yaris that’s sold in Japan. So what you see here can give you some ideas to tune your own Yaris.

What G’s is proposing here for the Yaris/Vitz is a styling kit consisting of a rear spoiler, side stripes and 17-inch wheels, giving the little hatchback a feisty look, and complementing the sports interior which features new sports seats, instruments and cabin trim.

As far as performance is concerned, G Sports provides a new exhaust system, upgraded brakes pads, tuned suspension and extra underfloor bracing to increase body rigidity. So whatever extra juice is extracted from the car’s 1.5 liter engine is harnessed by the upgraded chassis.
