Ford released its “Nearly Double” commercial during the Super Bowl, and revealed what they actually mean by those ‘nearly double’ and ‘never done before’ claims. Ford Super Bowl commercial promotes the new Fusion Hybrid that delivers double the fuel economy of a normal model. So they made a car commercial that is actually two commercials in one to emphasize the point.
So after Rob Riggle does his part boasting about the fuel economy of the Fusion while holding a puppy, James Franco appears with a tiger in a nicer house, and more pomp and circumstance in general. It is double the previous the ad.
Does this mean James Franco is double the actor Rob Riggle is? Probably!
