Few names in the automotive history carry as much weight as Enzo Ferrari. The man was like a prophet; the prophet of speed and passion. It would have been going too far to create a shrine for Enzo, but Ferrari just opened a museum dedicated to the big boss which amounts to the same thing and serves the same purpose.

Ferrari president Luca di Montezemolo and Piero Ferrari, Enzo’s son, opened toda in Modena the New Enzo Ferrari Museum (MEF). The reopening of the MEF in this day commemorates the anniversary of Enzo Ferrari’s birth on 18 February 1898.

Enzo Ferrari Museum features a magnificent new wing featuring the most important cars in the history of the Ferrari driver, constructor and creator of the Scuderia, as well a “time Machine”. This time machine is a journey through 100 years of history via 18 projectors. It should be a sight to behold.

The new Enzo Ferrari Museum complements the existing Ferrari Museum in Maranello, and becomes one of Modena’s biggest attractions.
