Toyota revealed their plans to launch an updated version of the Yaris hatchback in the European market this summer. Boasting improved interior and better vehicle dynamics, the 2015 Toyota Yaris Facelift will also feature revised styling inspired by the latest generation Aygo.
That means the new Toyota Yaris will get a more aggressive styling especially at the front, where the rather featureless bumper and grille of the current model will be replaced with a sporty chrome grille and a staggeringly wide mouth, also garnished with chrome bars.
New headlights and fog lights will complete the facelift at the front, while out back the car gets restyled light clusters fitted with LEDs, a diffuser in the rear bumper and a reshaped licence plate surround.
Inside the cabin changes have been made for higher levels of perceived quality and a greater feeling of roominess. What’s more, the new Yaris comes with more personalization options in terms of colors, trims, and equipment.
Toyota Yaris Facelift will also benefit from a revised suspension system which promises improved ride quality and better handling, as well as better NVH levels. The engine lineup remains intact, ffering 1.0 and 1.33-litre petrol, and 1.4 D-4D diesel units.
