Ford released the official pricing of the new Mustang as the dealers being accepting orders. For now only the Fastback version is available to order, and its deliveries will commence this fall. Prices for the 2015 Ford Mustang start from $24,425 for the V6 model.

Ford has not revealed the pricing of other model yet, but if the V6 is not to your taste, you can have the new Mustang with either a 2.3 liter EcoBoost four-cylinder or the familiar 5.0 V8 in GT guise. The four-cylinder version will probably more expensive than the V6, as not only it is more fuel efficient, it is also slightly more powerful (300 horsepower and 270 lb.-ft. of torque for the V6 against the EcoBoost’s 305 horsepower and 300 lb.-ft. of torque). The V8 tops them both with 420 horsepower and 390 lb.-ft. of torque.

The biggest highlight of the 2015 Ford Mustang is the fact that for the first time it comes with fully independent front and rear suspension. It promises greater ride and handling, and is part of the reason why the new ‘Stang is about 1,100 bucks more expensive than the previous generation.

The new model comes with lots more standard convenience, safety and connectivity features, including  eight airbags including front, knee and side-impact protection for driver and front passenger, individual tire pressure monitor readouts for each wheel, rear view camera system, high-intensity discharge headlamps with signature lighting, illuminated, locking glove box, leather-wrapped steering wheel with manual tilt and telescope adjustment, intelligent access, enabling the driver to enter without touching the key fob, push-button start, and SYNC connectivity system.
