Only a few weeks after revealing their new sports car called the Beast, Rezvani Motors receives the first order and starts building Beast #001 for a gentleman in Texas. The man has opted for the top-spec Rezvani Beast 500, and he’s going to have to wait until the end of the year to drive it.

Rezvani Beast 500 is powered by a heavily tuned four-cylinder engine with a claimed output of 500 horsepower, transferred to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transmission. They also do a 300 version with 315 horsepower.

All Rezvani Beast models are based on the British sports car Ariel Atom, but feature Rezvani’s own design. Prices start from $99,500 USD for the 300 and $124,900 USD for the 500 Launch Edition models. After these are sold the price will rise to $115,000 for 300 and $135,000 for the 500.

“We’re very excited to begin work on our first customer car,” says company CEO Fardees Rezvani. “It’s only step one, but it’s a big step that our team has worked hard to achieve.  From this point on, we’re going to let the car do all the talking.”
