In a city like Monaco where people get their groceries in hyper cars, a Ferrari 458 Speciale does not really grab much attention. The owner of this particular Speciale, however, has found a way around this problem: fit louder exhausts!
Now, the standard Speciale is a pretty noise beast, and it’s a fine-tuned noise too. But it is nowhere near loud enough to make people look at you in Monaco. That’s where Capristo comes in with their custom exhaust system for the Italian supercar.
There is no denying that loud exhausts are pretty uncool, even on supercars like this, because they are ostentatious. But there is also no denying they are quite good fun to play with, especially if you have them on a Ferrari 458 Speciale. The car has a 600 horsepower 4.5 liter V8 engine, one of the best dual-clutch transmissions in the world and an E-diff complete with a slide control system.
