It is said that Ferrari does not allow customers to take delivery of their FXX and FXX Evoluzione cars. But that’s not entirely true, as we have seen a few of them offered for sale in the free market by private owners. This is the latest, and it’s a super-rare Ferrari FXX Evoluzione.

This car is Ferrari FXX Evoluzione racing number 1, and it was originally a normal FXX in Rosso Corsa. Later on they fitted with the $300,000 Evoluzione package which added uprated suspension, transmission, electronics, and a bigger rear wing.

Wrapped in Bianco Fuji Pearl White & Rosa Corsa Red, the Evoluzione conversion also gave the FXX an extra 60 horsepower for a total of 860. The car has been a showpiece most of its life and it’s been to Laguna Seca for some demonstration laps, but that’s about it. After that the it was retired with only 200 miles on the clock.

The factory Ferrari FXX Evoluzione, the one you can’t take home with you and only allowed to drive on Corse Clienti track days, used to cost something in the neighborhood of $2 million when it was available. So if you fancy this one, which you can take anywhere you want, prepare to pay a lot more than that.
