Infiniti confirmed the UK pricing of the new Q50 saloon with the 2.0 liter Turbo engine ahead of the car’s launch in autumn. According to the information they released, Infiniti Q50 2.0 Turbo starts from £31,755, which steep for a mid-range saloon, but kinda reasonable given the weight of the badge you are getting.
The 2.0 liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine in this version of the Infiniti Q50 made its debut at the Geneva Motor Show earlier this year and is already on sale in China. The car will make its way to the markets around the world towards the end of the year.
Boasting direct injection, Piezo injectors, an intercooled turbocharger and a compression ratio of 9.8, the Q50 Turbo’s engine develops a healthy 215 horsepower and 236lb/ft / 350Nm of torque, available from just 1,250 rpm. Performance and economy numbers are yet to be announced.
Infiniti Q50 Turbo joins the diesel and V6 hybrid variants in the British market.
