In the case of the Dodge Durango Blacktop the styling package, consisting of Gloss Black 20-inch aluminum wheels, dual rear exhaust with bright tips, Gloss Black crosshair grille, Gloss Black side mirrors, Gloss Black badging, black headlamp bezels, and body color fascia and moldings, starts form just $295, which is so cheap it’s almost funny.

Available from October, the 2014 Dodge Durango Blacktop boosts the only thing the SUV has got going for it, and that’s swagger. The car is completely trumped by its rivals in terms of performance, comfort, features, handling, and quality. But it’s got those cool looks, now with the extra touch of black.

The Blacktop Appearance Package is available on Durango SXT, Limited and R/T models, and two engines including the 295 horsepower V-6 and 360 horsepower HEMI V-8.
