In the latest publicity stunt for the Cayman GTS, Porsche took the two-seater sports car to a tight and technical go-kart track. They wanted to put in perspective the GTS’ superb handling which practically makes it a go-kart for the roads.

Those of you who have tried karting know that that is high praise. Porsche Cayman GTS delivers the same sense of pure driving joy you get from a go-kart while remaining a perfectly happy road car with decent practicality.

Porsche Cayman GTS is a semi-hard-core version of the standard Cayman with more power, lighter weight, and stiffer chassis. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.6 seconds and can reach a top speed of 285 km/h. Fuel consumption stands at 9.0 liter/100 km.
