A couple of weeks ago the new Evanta Barchetta sports car made its debut at the Goodwood Revival. Back then we didn’t get a good look at the car, but now Kahn Design has released a few more shots of this gorgeous coachbuilt car. So let’s dig in.
Evanta Barchetta is the result of a new partnership between A. Kahn Design and Evanta Motor Company; a partnership also known as Ant-Kahn. It is a retro-modern sports car with a classic design inspired by the racing cars of the yesteryear and an old-school cabin, mixed with a modern drivetrain.
Powering the Evanta Barchetta is a 6.2L LS3 V8 engine with 450bhp. Given the fact that Evanta has a composite body on a tubular frame and is therefore pretty light, that power gives the car a pretty brisk performance.
Production of Evanta Barchetta will be limited to 24 cars per year, with a total production run of only 99 vehicles. Every car is hand-built in the United Kingdom and you can customize yours with RHD or LHD configuration, different colors for the interior and exterior, and bespoke options.
