Chicago is famous for its deep dish pizza, skilled politicians, and Kanye West. It is not exactly a hot spot for super cars. The video we have here, though, might change your mind about that last bit. Turns out they have quite a good taste in exotics down there.

This is a normal, run of the mill car meet hosted the other day by Lake Forest Sports Cars. The number of super cars that turned up, and the great diversity, was simply astonishing:

Since cars like McLaren P1 are produced in limited numbers, hard-core fans can keep track of every unit and know where they end up. Chicago is from now on known as the city with the all-black McLaren P1.

Other interesting exotics in this group include the Porsche 918, Ferrari Enzo, Maserati MC12, Ferrari F40, Aston Martin V12 Zagato,  Porsche Carrera GT, and Lamborghini Aventador. There are a number of “ordinary” super cars as well, such as Ferrari California and Aston Martin Vanquish, but they are kind of obscured by the big boys.
