The new 991 GT3 RS is one of Porsche’s worst kept secrets. It has already leaked numerous times through patent photos and scale models, giving us a good look at the fine details of this hard-core 911. Now a series of brand-new spy photos emerge from America, revealing the car’s almost in full.

Those of you know your 911s are aware that Porsche 991 GT3 RS is a more track-focused version of the GT3, boasting an aggressive aero kit, stiffer chassis and suspension, and of course, more power. As these photos clearly show, the new RS definitely means business, as it comes with kit modeled on that if the RSR race car.

The car features a more prominent front splitter along with larger air intakes an side skirts. The most striking part of the Porsche 991 GT3 RS is the back where you find a diffuser with central tailpipes and a double spoiler with a ducktail on the engine cover and a huge adjustable fixed wing on top of it.

It is just as well the GT3 RS has this kind of aero, because the car is packing well over 500 horsepower, and it is considerably lighter than a normal 911. Other “life-saving” measures include standard ceramic brakes, racing harness for the bucket seats, and a full roll cage.
