So as we get closer to the 2014 Los Angeles Auto Show which is due at the end of this month, more and more dark and shadowy teaser images emerge, announcing the imminent reveal of a brand-new concept. The one you see in this picture is Lexus LF-C2 Concept, an open-top version of the LF-LC.

That means by transitive property, Lexus LF-C2 Concept previews an upcoming convertible version of the RC model, which could be considered as the spiritual successor to the old SC convertible. So a lot is riding on this concept.

That is all the information we can have on the Lexus LF-C2 for now, but looking at the teaser picture you can also notice that it is a proper for-seater cabrio and looks sober enough to be a proper model.
