Geneva Preview: Infiniti QX30 Concept

QX30 Concept teaser 600x400 at Geneva Preview: Infiniti QX30 Concept

Infiniti announced the launch of an all-new crossover model, in concept form, at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. The Infiniti QX30 Concept is pitched as a “premium compact crossover,” boasting special looks and features.

Infiniti QX30 Concept is designed to satisfy two criteria. First, it has to be compact enough to be easy to use in the city, since it is an Urban SUV. Secondly, it must be capable enough to be get out of its own way should the owner decide to tackle some rough terrain in the weekend.

To achieve that, the designer combined the sleek lines of a coupe with the rugged looks and commanding seating position of a crossover. The end results certainly appears very classy in this dark teaser image they’ve released, but as for its capabilities, that remains to be tested in the real world.

Infiniti QX30 Concept will be revealed in Geneva on March 3. A production version should follow in about a year or so.
