Lamborghini Aventador is about to get its first proper update since launch. Well, second, if you count the 50th anniversary edition. The Italian supercar will morph into something cooler, meaner, and sexier called Lamborghini Aventador SV.
As you would expect, knowing about the Murcielago SV, changes are not that substantial in the new variant. Lamborghini Aventador SV, judging by the spyshots of the car surfaced recently, will boast slightly revised front and rear bumpers, more prominent aero parts, and of course, more power.
Official specs of the car are yet to be revealed, as the car won’t make debut until the Geneva Motor Show in March. But one would expect the V12 engine in the Lamborghini Aventador SV to develop close to 750 horsepower – at least if the SV treatment given to the old Murci is anything to go by.
The guys at LamboCars decided to give us an early look at the Aventador SV in its full glory in these rather brilliant renderings. They not only show you the front and back ends of the car, they also showcase the SV in some pretty awesome colors. All these colors, of course, have extremely cool names such as Verde Ithaca, Arancio Atlas, and Bianco Isis. They may change that last one, though!
