Project Kilo, as you may know from our first coverage of the car, is a special one-off McLaren 650S built by McLaren Special Operations (MSO) for a customer. The car has so many fine details that a few press pictures are not enough to cover it all. That’s why we have brought you this walkaround video.

Shmee150 spotted this car at Topaz detailing in London and filmed it inside and out to help us appreciate what is so special about the McLaren 650S Project Kilo. Just a heads up before you watch the clip, if you don’t like carbon fiber this footage may make you sick because there is plenty of it here.

What a wonderful piece of bespoke work. So just to quickly recap, McLaren 650S Project Kilo by MSO features a number of carbon fiber extras including front unique front splitter, side skirts, side vents, side mirrors, and rear diffuser; it features special badging with the Kiwi bird on it as a tribute to New Zealand, the birth place of Bruce McLaren, the company’s founder; it features lots of orange detailing and accents; it has carbon fiber garnish inside the car teamed with Alcantara that you don’t get with the normal 650S; and it has a full carbon engine bay, again garnished with an orange Kiwi bird.
