Das Arsch: Porsche 991 GT3 on BBS Wheels

If there were an award for the nicest backside in the car industry, Porsche 991 GT3 would have no doubt been one of the top five contenders. This one you see here is a GT3 pimped out by Supreme Power with a set of BBS wheels that accentuate those curves really nicely.

Bill Maher once said the Millennials should be called ‘generation ass’ for their unhealthy obsession with this part of the human body. That is a wise remark, but there is no getting away from the fact that this thing is easy on the eyes… even when, in the case of Porsche 991 GT3, it is made from metal!

Anyway, What we have here is a gorgeous silver GT3 equipped by SP with BBS Motorsport FI-R centerlock rims in sizes 20 x 9 inch up front and 20 x 12 out back. The best thing about these wheels, apart from the classy design, is incredibly light weight. They weigh only 17 lbs on the front while the wider rear ones are 20 lbs. That reduces the unsprung mass of the vehicle and makes it quicker and nicer to drive.

As a reminder, Porsche 991 GT3 is powered by a 475 horsepower flat-six engine and comes only with a 7-speed dual-clutch PDK paddle-shift transmission. If you want something faster and more powerful, you can get the new 991 GT3 RS, but that doesn’t look as good as the regular GT3.
