One of the cars we have all been waiting eagerly to see at this year’s Geneva Motor show was the Koenigsegg Regera. It hasn’t gone official yet – although it’s imminent – but we have found a few live shots of the car plus a cool walk around video for you to make waiting easier!

Koenigsegg Regera, according to reports from Geneva, is powered by a 1,500 horsepower hybrid powertrain. It also weighs only 1,420 kg which gives it a power-to-weight ratio greater than that of the One:1.

So looks like Koenigsegg has beaten Bugatti in launching a 1,500 hyper car. Theirs looks pretty cool as well, and, by the looks of things, boasts a sexy full leather interior and even a removable hardtop. Koenigsegg has really outdone themselves this time, although it is not clear yet what are their plans for the Regera’s production. We sincerely hope it is not just a concept and that they build it in large numbers.
