A rather obscure tuner called Kaege from Rhineland, German, has come up with an upgrade kit for the Porsche Macan Diesel, which, to all intents and purposes, is the coolest one we’ve come across. It gives the diesel-engined Macan the sounds of a V8 muscle car. And you can adjust its volume like a stereo!

The awesome exhaust system Kaege Porsche Macan Diesel is blessed with is part of a power upgrade package which also includes electronic modifications for a total output of 310 horsepower and 700 Nm of torque.

The new exhaust with its active sound system uses the stock tailpipes, but it enables you to choose between three pre-defined soundtracks – normal, sport, sport plus – or just cut the middle man and adjust the volume using the cruise control lever. How cool is that?

Other modifications on Kaege Porsche Macan Diesel include KW’s DLC adjustable suspension system complete with an app for remote control and KW coilovers (or you can opt for the more comfortable KW-DDC system), and 21-inch CH-R II BBS rims shod with 265/40R21 rubber on front axle and 295/35R21 on the back, garnished red brake calipers of the Macan Turbo.

As for the pricing, the engine treatment runs for 1,490 EUR, exhaust for 2,790 EUR, suspension between 1,299 EUR and 1,349 EUR, and wheels and tires for 3,690 EUR.
