All you hybrid fans out there will be glad to know there is a refreshed version of an old favorite, Lexus CT 200h, is now available promising up to 42 mpg and more refinement than before. As always, you can have this car either in normal guise or with the F Sport package.
Design-wise, there really isn’t anything new about the 2016 Lexus CT 200h apart perhaps from a chrome surround grille. Performance is the same as well, with 134 horsepower coming from a 1.8 liter petrol engine combined with an electric motor and Electronically Controlled Continuously Variable Transmission, only now the system can return 42 mpg. That’s good, but you should know you can get more mileage, and more power, from a mid-range diesel.
A highlight of the 2016 Lexus CT 200h is the addition of Lexus Enform Remote and Lexus Enform Service Connect systems. The former allows the owner to remotely view and control certain vehicle features using a mobile app, while the latter enables them to check on stuff like maintenance alerts, warning light notifications and a vehicle health report. They will keep you abreast of what is going on with you little hatchback like a million dollar super car or something!
As for the F Sport package which is a must-have option for the CT 200h, the kit includes F Sport-tuned suspension and 17-inch wheels, sport grille with mesh inserts, metal front scuff plates, black contrast roof, a perforated leather-trimmed steering wheel, leather-trimmed shift knob, aluminum sport pedals and metallic trim on the dash, and Black NuLuxe trimmed seats or perforated black leather-trimmed seats with white perforation.
