Porsche has released a brief video from the handover ceremony for the first five production units of the special, limited edition Porsche 991 GTS Club Coupe. The customers, all members of Porsche Club of America, were brought all the way to the Porsche factory in Zuffenhausen to take delivery of their shiny new 911s.
As the name suggests, Porsche 991 GTS Club Coupe is a special edition celebrating the 60th anniversary of Porsche Club of America. And as that suggests, production is limited to only 60 units. And what that means is these cars are on their way to become future classics, so they are totally worth the extra money these people have paid for them:
Porsche 991 GTS Club Coupe comes exclusively in “Club Blau” and has the SportDesign as standard, the telltale signs of which include a front spoiler, side skirts and mirror caps, and a ducktail rear spoiler. 20 inch FUCHS wheels are another highlight of this model on the outside. Inside, you get blue and red stitching, an exclusive steering wheels, and a whole bunch of limited edition badges including ’60’ logos on the armrests and ‘GTS Club Coupe’ on the side sills. Being a GTS means this model is powered by the 430 horsepower version of the old non-turbo flat-six engine.
