It’s been over a month since Rolls-Royce released a bespoke version of one of their models. But they are back now with this, the Rolls-Royce Phantom Coupe Chicane edition which celebrates the rich motor sport history of the Goodwood Motor Racing Circuit.
Rolls-Royce Phantom Coupe Chicane does that by incorporating “design cues and materials that evoke Goodwood’s rich motor sport history.” That means it comes with a super cool Gunmetal exterior featuring matte black details, and wheels that are finished in the same color as the body. The gunmetal is very much the color of tarmac, so it is sort of an homage to the Goodwood circuit.
But the real motors port highlight of Rolls-Royce Phantom Coupe Chicane is to be found on the side of the car in form of a bespoke coachline with a chequered flag motif. The flag motifs are also featured inside the cabin on the back of the plush red leather seats. Red leather is complemented here with stunning carbon fiber trim pieces where usually you would find wood and marquetry. The Chicane Roller also comes with an elegant metal plaque that details the car’s name and Goodwood’s famous track layout.
Phantom Coupe is powered by a naturally aspirated 6.75 litre V12 engine that allows the vehicle to accelerate from 0 to 60 in 5.7 seconds and onto an electronically limited top speed of 155mph.
