The way the automotive industry works these days, it is kind of like the smartphone market where one manufacturer comes up with an innovative new design and the rest just copy it. That’s what happened with the coupe SUV body style, an invention of BMW now used by just about everybody. Here’s what a Bentley Bentayga Coupe might look like when they eventually build one.

This is not going to happen in the near future, of course, as the Bentayga is yet to hit the market full force. The car has been in the works for so long and has changed it looks so many times, Bentley just wants to release it and sit back for a minute. But after a year or two when the market started narrowing on the car, then we can expect to see new variants like Bentley Bentayga Coupe.

This is an artist’s impression of Bentley Bentayga Coupe and it seems to have been made by mixing the styling cues of the Bentayga with the body style of the BMW X6, the kickstarter of this whole niche. Just like any other coupe SUV, this thing does look a tad weird and ungainly. But people seem to like this style of design very much, and that’s all that matters. As long as it sells, it doesn’t matter if it’s covered in dog dirt!
