So as the new 2016 Ford Focus RS is gearing up for market launch this spring, the company has put former Stig Ben Collins, also known as ex-Stig or sacked Stig, in the car and asked him to explain the car’s driving modes in plain English. Collins goes through all modes, from Normal, to Sport, Race, and best mode of them all, Drift.
Watching this video, you can tell which mode of the Ford Focus RS Collins likes more. IF we get this car, we will be driving it everywhere in Drift mode.
Developed by a team of Ford Performance engineers in Europe and the U.S., the 2016 Ford Focus RS is powered by a specially engineered version of Ford’s new 2.3-liter EcoBoost engine which develops around 350 horsepower. Thanks to some clever engineering and stuff like sport all wheel drive, Dynamic Torque Vectoring, launch control and active dampers, the car is the fastest accelerating hot hatchback ever with a o to 62 mph time of 4.7 seconds.
