Acclaimed car designer Jon Sibal decided, just for fun, to see what Le Mans special edition treatment looks like on a 570S baby Mac. What emerged as the result is something that could very possibly on the company’s radar as the official McLaren 570S Le Mans.

The inspiration for this imaginary McLaren 570S Le Mans has been, of course, the 650S Le Mans limited edition, a car that pays homage to McLaren’s glorious history with the 24 hour French affair.

Since McLaren has already paid homage to that thing with the 650S, chances are they probably won’t bother with a 570S version as well. But you should take into account the fact that they are running a business, and if that project makes business sense they will do it. We do hope McLaren make this car. They can call it something other then Le Mans.

Sibal’s McLaren 570S Le Mans features all the goodies of the 650S Le Mans including the MSO roof snorkel, fender vents, and the special Le Mans wheels. The designer has also added a few of his own touches, namely the carbon fiber aero kit with the little winglets on the front and blacked-out roof and lights.
