You wouldn’t think Lexus IS is already in need of a facelift, but that’s apparently what’s happened and we’re going to see the new-look model at the 2016 Beijing International Automotive Exhibition. Judging by the teaser photo Lexus has released, the new car is even more dramatic than before.

The reason Lexus has to refresh the looks of their car so regularly is because of their customers. The typical Lexus buyer is the kind that has to have the latest gadgets all the time. So basically every time they get a new iPhone they also think about getting a new car, and if Lexus wants to remain their choice, they’d better present them with something fresh.

Mind you, the new Lexus IS is not going to be that new as it appears to have gotten only a nip and tuck, with larger air intakes and slightly modified lights. The IS has always been one of the most interesting, but not the best looking, of the current Spindle Lexuses. Although, it has to be said, the company does get a bit carried away describing the car:
