Now that they’ve done the GT3 RS and the facelift version of the Carrera and Turbo, Techart has set themselves a bigger challenge. The tuner is working on a new Techart GTstreet R and, judging by the preview photos released of the car, it is coming together nicely.

Based on the 991 Turbo S, the new Techart GTstreet R is an extreme version of that car that offers a completely different look and driving feel than Porsche’s own high-performance range. It is more unhinged, which is to say more fun, and to all intents and purposes a full on super car.

The photos of the Techart GTstreet R show the car in full camouflage during a testing session, but even here you can notice some of the design highlights of the car. This bad boy has all the characteristics of the illegitimate lovechild of a Turbo S and a GT3 RS, what with the wide side air intakes and the fender vents. The aero kit is Techart’s own and it is fantastically unique, especially round the back and that rear spoiler.

As for the power and performance, we best wait for the official figures, but you can expect an output of well over 600 horsepower and a top speed in the more exciting sides of 320 km/h.
