Dodge Viper is a car that doesn’t really need any extra work to look awesome and stand out in a crowd. The car comes out of the factory with the look of an exotic sea monster. But these days everything is getting the wide body treatment, so why not the Viper? Even if it’s just in the virtual world.
That is what designer Rain Prisk has done for the Dodge Viper ACR. Inspired to some extent by the racing version of the Viper, and also to a degree by the works of Japanese tuners, he has come up with a wide body Viper that looks absolutely brutal. It’s a look that is boosted by the virtue of the unique color and all those massive aero parts.
The front part of this virtual Dodge Viper ACR Wide Body is basically an exaggeration of the original design where the unique front wings are buffed up and made to stick out a little so as to complement the white wall wheels. Around the back, though, the treatment gets heavy with a racing diffuser and a ginormous rear wing.
With the Viper now once again dropped from the range by Chrysler, this rendering can be considered a good parting gift for the car.
