As rare as it is to see a DMC Ferrari F12 SPIA out in the wild, it’s even less unlikely to catch one in a unique color like baby blue. But as luck would have it such a thing was sighted the other day in China, and we have to say it looks rather good even though that color is not really a match for the aggressive looks of the car.
Despite its rather simple design, DMC Ferrari F12 is one of the most serious looking cars in the world with very little in terms of curves and soft edges and most of the surfaces featuring sharp and angular elements. That is especially true of the SPIA aero kit with its double front spoiler lip and side wings, the side skirts, and the sizable rear diffuser complemented with a duck tail boot lid spoiler.
As mentioned, the color coordination is an interesting feature of this baby blue DMC Ferrari F12. It features clear coated exposed carbon aero parts against the light blue of the exterior, a set of gloss black HRE P101 wheels, and Ferrari yellow brake discs. Like we said, it is a combination that should not work, but it does. This car may not be particularly elegant, but it is damn sexy!
