So 2016 is almost at an end and while we didn’t get a drop-top variant of the McLaren 570 the British automaker did gives us a GT version which, to be brutally honest, was a little hard to make sense of. After all, McLaren 570GT is just a regular 570 with a side-opening, not-so-practical boot.

At any rate, if you want an entry-level super car, something you can use everyday without too much hassle, McLaren 570GT seems like a good choice. As for how good exactly it is, well, you’ll hopefully find the answer in this expert review by Motor Week:

In fairness, there is more to McLaren 570GT than just an extra boot which 220 liters of extra luggage space. The car also comes with a panoramic roof borrowed from the P1, and a long list of luxury features including a pair of eight-way electrically adjustable sports seats upholstered in leather, air conditioning, telephony, navigation and audio systems, Pirelli Noise Cancelling System (PNCS) in the tires, heated seats with memory function, front and rear parking sensors, an electric steering column with easy entry / exit function, soft close doors and a quieter exhaust system compared to the 570S. A 12-speaker Bowers & Wilkins system is also available.
