It is usually the top dog W12 version of the Bentley Flying Spur that gets all the special treatments, but this time they decided to show some love to the V8 S and came up with a Black Edition model which makes the luxury sedan look and feel a lot cooler. It does so through the addition a host of interior and exterior appointments.
As the name Bentley Flying Spur V8 S Black Edition clearly suggests, the main highlights of the treatment have to do with black stuff. There are black gloss brightware, dark tint lights, gloss black window surrounds and door mirrors, dark tint and black bezels, and new wheels, plus three-spoke Sport Plus steering wheel, stitched leather hide that frame the four seats’ centre panels, contrast stitching throughout, and Piano Black veneer inside the cabin. You are not, however, limited to black for the choice of exterior color.
Should these fail to satisfy your need for exclusivity, Bentley Flying Spur V8 S Black Edition can also be ordered with a number of Mulliner options, namely diamond-quilted hides in the seat and door panels, with contrast stitching for a more contemporary visual tone, and two 21” five-spoke Directional Sports wheel finishes in gloss black or dark tint. The car is powered by a 4.0-litre V8 engine that delivers 528 PS (521 bhp) and 680 Nm (502 lb. ft.), which propels the Flying Spur to 100 km/h in 4.9 seconds (0-60 mph in 4.6 seconds), and on to a top speed of 306 km/h (190 mph).
