Mazda Deutschland (that’s Germany for those who are wondering) decided to treat some of their Facebook fans by giving them a ride in a very special version of the MX-5 sports car, around the Hockenheim Ring, with a racing driver at the wheel. The special MX-5 here is a Yusho, which is a prototype MX-5 to showcase what an ultimate version of the car would be like. Well, turns out it’d be quite awesome.

The Yusho is powered by a Cosworth-tuned 2.0 liter four-cylinder engine featuring a very loud exhaust system. It makes 241 PS and 275 Nm of torque. As as you can clearly see in the video, the car has very little body roll and corners very composed. That is thanks to tweaked suspension which is lowered than normal models, and the 17-inch wheels. Such a sweet sports car this is!
