Evanta Barchetta GR 600x390 at Evanta Barchetta Unveiled at Goodwood Revival

A. Kahn Design and Evanta Motors, working together under the Ant-Kahn banner, unveiled their first coachbuilding project at the 2014 Goodwood Revival in form of the gorgeous Evanta Barchetta. The car is a limited edition retro speedster with a modern engine and modern construction.

Evanta Barchetta is powered by a 450 horsepower 6.2 liter V8 engine which, taking into account a lightweight and compact body, gives the car a serious turn of speed. The design is inspired by the racing cars of the 1950s. You could see a bit of classic Aston Martin models in there, plus a tiny bit of Porsche 550. It’s a very cool design, certainly very exclusive.

The Barchetta comes in two versions; a Kevlar-bodied variant limited to 99 units, and an aluminum-bodied version limited to 49 units. Prices start from £125,000 and £165,000 respectively. More details and pictures of the Evanta Barchetta will be released in due course.
