Top Gear Magazine is in the process of staging the world’s greatest hyper car showdown: LaFerrari vs McLaren P1 vs Porsche 918. This will be the first time these three giants are pitted against each other in a competitive way, and yes, it also means there will probably be a TV piece about it in the next season of Top Geary telly.
The magazine’s Tom Ford, Charlie Turner, and Ollie Marriage are now in Wales with the Ferrari LaFerrari, McLaren P1 and Porsche 918, all of them supplied by the manufacturers not private owners, which means they can really wring them out and find out which is best.
Of course, whatever verdict they arrive at is going to piss off at least two groups of readers, because the fans of each hyper car believe their favorite car is the very best, period. It will make for an interesting argument though, and it will brings us some awesome photos and videos.
