Every time there is word on the Pagani Huayra Roadster in the press, designers treat us to a fresh rendering of the car, in anticipation that this time Horacio is serious  and it gets official. So in response to a vague comment by a Pagani spokesman, here’s a brand-new Huayra Roadster render.

The thing is, it doesn’t take much imagination to visualize what this mysterious Pagani Huayra Roadster may look like. After all, it’s just an open-top version of the car we all know and love. So one set of rendering would suffice really. Still, X-Tomi, as always, has done a brilliant job with this one. It looks nice and tidy, and extremely desirable.

It is still not clear if the Roadster Huayra will be mechanically identical to the hardtop, or if Pagani is planning an upgrade for it. Not that there is anything wrong with the existing car, but some people say Pagani could have done a better job with the exhaust noise. In fact, some went out and bought aftermarket systems, just because they were sick of all those turbo whistles!

If there is indeed an open-top Huayra in the works, it will most likely be announced at the next Geneva Motor Show and released in late 2015.
