As you know the Pagani Zonda R was the swansong for the magnificent Zonda series, and this year it’s all-new replacement, allegedly called the C9, will be revealed. According to the founder of the company Horacio Pagani, the C9 will be completely new model in terms of design, technology and dynamics.

Like the Zonda, the C9 will feature a lot of space-age materials in its structure such as carbon-titanium chassis or as they call it Carbotanium! This makes it as rigid and as light as possible, resulting in an exquisite driving experience.

And it will be exquisite because as it turned out Pagani stays loyal to that brilliant Mercedes-AMG V12 engine, which is said to produce up to 700 hp and a 1000 nm of torque in the C9. The C9 is also engineered to comply with California’s safety and emission rules.

The new Pagani C9 will be introduced in late 2010, with an estimated price of nearly 900,000 Euros.
