To make their weird-looking Laguna Coupe a bit more interesting, Renault has launched this special limited edition which is called the Monaco GP. This is car is distinguished from the rest of the range by its special visual features, interior trims and of course price tag. The Laguna Monaco GP is limited to 400 units.
On the outside, Laguna Monaco GP features a two-tone paint job with the body in Pearl White, and the roof, side mirrors and the wheels in glossy black, because supposedly black is cool! There’s also a couple of badges on the grille and each sides.
Inside the car you get dark charcoal leather upholstery with embroidered ‘Monaco GP’ badging on seatbacks,pearlescent white interior trim details, visible stitching on the upholstery, GT steering wheel, dashboard, door trims and carpet mats. The cabin is also garnished with high-tech equipments such as a top-notch BOSE audio system with 10 loudspeakers, a digital amplifier and Plug & Music connectivity (USB and 3.5mm jack), plus TOMTOM navigation system.
As for the engines, this model will be available with a choice of four DPF-equipped diesel powertrains (dCi 150 with either sixspeed manual or automatic transmission, dCi 180 with six-speed manual gearbox or 3.0 V6 dCi 235 with six-speed automatic transmission) and one petrol engine (3.5 V6 240 with six-speed automatic transmission).

Pricing for the Laguna Coupe Monaco GP Edition starts from €38,800, and will become available to order from May.
