The latest edition of the legendary Jeep Grand Cherokee will go on sale from June, priced form $32,995. The new model is sleeker, better equipped and significantly upgraded in every way. The best thing about it should be the interior which is brilliant in terms of design and quality. Looks like Americans finally realized how to make proper interior!

At launch this 4×4 star will be available with the all-new 290-horsepower 3.6-liter V-6 which is tweaked for better efficiency and delivers up to 23 mpg. The 2011 model should be the safest Jeep ever as it comes standard with standard Active Head Restraints, full-length side-curtain and seat-mounted side thorax air bags, Electronic Stability Control, Electronic Roll Mitigation, Hill-start Assist, and Trailer-sway Control.

The new Jeep Cherokee is can be had with three trim levels including Laredo, Limited and Overland.

The Laredo which is kinda the base model starts form $32,995 for the V6 model, but you can order a 360-horsepower 5.7-liter V-8 engine fro it. Standard equipments include Quadra-Trac I 4×4 system, 3.6-liter V-6 engine, Keyless Enter-N-Go, Electronic Stability Control, Hill Start Assist, Electronic Roll Mitigation, Trailer-Sway Control, front-seat side air bags and side-curtain air bags for front and rear, active head restraints, power 8-way driver seat with power 4-way lumbar adjust, fog lamps, leather-wrapped steering wheel with audio controls, SIRIUS Satellite Radio and 17-inch aluminum wheels.

Then we have the Jeep Cherokee Limited priced form $39,995 featuring Quadra-Trac II® 4×4 system with Selec-Terrain, front and second-row heated leather seats, memory settings, Bi-Xenon High Intensity Discharge auto-leveling headlamps with SmartBeam, CommandView dual-pane panoramic sun roof, Parkview rear back-up camera, Parksense rear park assist, premium audio, automatic temperature control, 18-inch aluminum wheels, Garmin navigation, rain-sensitive wipers and bright door handles.

The top of the line Overland model starts from $42,995 and comes with Quadra-Lift air suspension, premium interior with Nappa leather-trimmed and heated seats, vented front seats, wood/leather-wrapped heated steering wheel with memory, power tilt/telescope steering column, wood bezels, leather-stitched instrument panel/doors/center console armrest, power liftgate, and 20-inch aluminum wheels.
